HEALTHY SNACKING INNOVATION SEMINAR

On June 6, the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) hosted the Healthy Snacking Innovation Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This event aimed to introduce new developments in innovative and healthier eating habits using dairy protein. During the workshop, experts from the food industry in Vietnam and Southeast Asia discussed the potential for innovation in snack products in these markets. The workshop also emphasized the importance of understanding consumer trends and preferences to develop suitable products for Southeast Asian countries.

VIET AGRI COMMODITIES CO., LTD (VIET ACC) proudly participated in this event. The seminar focused not only on knowledge sharing but also on promoting potential collaborations. Organized by the U.S. Dairy Export Council in Vietnam, the event provided U.S. suppliers with the opportunity to connect with attendees, particularly Vietnamese businesses, in product development. This event fostered a collaborative environment with the aim of strengthening relationships and paving the way for future innovations in the food market in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
